Porchea Evans

I’m Porchea Evans, from Putnam County, Indiana, and I finished high school at Crawfordsville High School. I gained valuable experience working as a title clerk in the car industry before starting at Credence in the sales department. After moving into a management role, I had the opportunity to transition into HR, where I’ve been able to further develop my career.

What's your favorite part about your position?

The growth opportunity and the ability to do what makes sense for my career at my own pace.

What's the best advice you've gotten in our business?

If you add value, there is a place for you.

What are your goals? (Both professional and personal)

Professional goal: I would like to start getting more consistent referrals based on my work for my directors, and build more credibility. Personal goal: Move into an apartment downtown with my significant other. 

Where is your favorite place to travel?

I love to go to Tennessee! Anywhere with a lot of beautiful nature.

What are some of your hobbies?

I love thrifting, horseback riding, and being with my friends.
