Krista Sanford

My name is Krista! I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, in a town called Prospect Heights. I graduated from Ball State University in 2016 with a major in Creative Writing and moved to Indianapolis after I graduated. Before starting with Credence, I worked at Dairy Queen and was a full time student. I've been here for seven years now and wouldn't change anything about it!

What's your favorite part about your position?

There are so many things I love about this position! Being able to help people learn and succeed in their positions, creating my own flexible schedule, and having the opportunity to take my career in my own hands.

What's the best advice you've gotten in our business?

Time now for time later

What are your goals?

Professionally, I want to help more offices in our organization manage their recruiting and social media. I want to be the person all our offices can turn to for the right answer.

My biggest personal goal is to retire my mom and buy her a house next door to mine. I'm also working toward buying a brand new Mustang convertible for the summertime!

Where is your favorite place to travel?

Cancun and California! I love a place with a beach.

What are some of your hobbies?

I love reading and writing.

I'm a published poet! I have over 14 poems published and a poetry collection (along with one short story).
